The TOVA Company is pleased to announce that the years-long effort to develop the T.O.V.A. 8.0 is complete. The system is currently undergoing rigorous pre-release ("beta") testing in order to meet the stringent quality standards that The TOVA Company upholds.
About the T.O.V.A. 8.0
The T.O.V.A. 8.0 is an exciting combination of a continuous performance test (CPT) based on decades of research and a completely modern technology infrastructure that promises decades of continued growth and innovation.
We hope that the T.O.V.A. 8.0 is everything you've requested:
- It runs on all modern Windows versions (2000, XP, Vista, 7), as well as Mac OS X 10.6.
- The T.O.V.A. microswitch, our gold-standard research-grade input device, is now based on the ubiquitous USB interface.
- There’s a completely updated report with improved graphics, customizable pages, and the new embedded Symptom Exaggeration Index (SEI), a score for alerting to the possibility of "poor effort" in persons 17 and older.
- When using an external monitor, the T.O.V.A. can now be given without rebooting your computer.
- And dozens of more features, including built-in technical and clinical support, export to CSV, and features for compliance with HIPAA health information standards.
Release schedule
The T.O.V.A. 8.0 must pass rigorous field-testing in order to earn our stamp of approval. The completion date will depend on what our dozens of testing sites tell us. Although initial testing results are extremely positive, we can't yet make a prediction as to when we will release the T.O.V.A. 8.0 to production.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to announcing the release of T.O.V.A. 8.0 in the near future.
