The TOVA Company is sponsoring an "ADHD and the Test of Variables of Attention" Workshop in New York, NY on April 2, 2009.

This workshop is designed to help clinicians more accurately diagnose and more effectively treat patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) by using the Test Of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A.).

Please mail or fax your Workshop Registration Form to us. Although there is no formal registration cutoff time for the workshop, we need to receive your registration at least one week prior to the workshop in order to reserve the necessary space and your meal.

Cost

The "ADHD and the Test of Variables of Attention" workshop is $100 US.

Groups of three or more people, and students (with valid ID), receive a discounted cost of $50 US.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED.

We will provide a certificate indicating 6.5 continuing education hours, as regulated by the APA.

Schedule

Registration and continental breakfast 8:30am to 9:00am.

Workshop begins promptly at 9:00am.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If a registrant cancels 7 days or more prior to the workshop, a refund less $25.00 processing fee per registrant will be issued. No refunds if registrant cancels less than 7 days prior to workshop. If The T.O.V.A. Company cancels or reschedules the workshop, a full refund will be issued.
