The TOVA Company is sponsoring an "ADHD and the Test of Variables of Attention" Workshop in Amsterdam, NL on April 17th, 2009.
This workshop is designed to help clinicians more accurately diagnose and more effectively treat patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) by using the Test Of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A.).

Please mail or fax your Workshop Registration Form to us. Although there is no formal registration cutoff time for the workshop, we need to receive your registration at least one week prior to the workshop in order to reserve the necessary space and your meal.

Cost
The "ADHD and the Test of Variables of Attention" workshop is $100 US.
REGISTRATION IS LIMITED.
Groups of three or more people, and students (with valid ID), receive a discounted cost of $50 US.
Note that the Hotel Amsterdam is making a limited number of rooms available for attendees at the special rate of € 165, including breakfast and tax. If you wish to take advantage of the reduced room rate please contact Mr. Richard Bosma at sales2@hotelamsterdam.nl.
We will provide a certificate indicating 6.5 continuing education hours, as regulated by the APA.
Schedule
Registration and a light breakfast 8:30am to 9:00am.
Workshop begins promptly at 9:00am.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If a registrant cancels 7 days or more prior to the workshop, a refund less $25.00 processing fee per registrant will be issued. No refunds if registrant cancels less than 7 days prior to workshop. If The T.O.V.A. Company cancels or reschedules the workshop, a full refund will be issued.
