Helpful credit ordering information for the T.O.V.A. 7 software.
Credit Ordering Hints
You don't have to be empty to order! You can add on to your existing pool of credits.
NOTE: The TOVA 7 credit/scoring ordering number is no longer in service.
You will need to have your Customer # & Serial # ready.
Your Customer # & Serial # are located on the 2 stickers that were with your T.O.V.A. software, and should look something like this:

You should be prepared to write down your ACTIVATION NUMBER.
If you make a mistake while ordering, but receive an Activation Number, please call technical support for assistance before ordering again. Otherwise, you may get billed for both orders.
If you lose your Customer and/or Serial numbers, please call customer service for assistance.
To Order (once you have your Customer # & Serial #), call 800.993.4343 or 562.594.7710 and follow the prompts. The system will ask you for your Customer #, then Serial #, and then will ask to confirm these numbers are correct. If you have entered a correct active account, you will then be asked how many interpretations you would like (i.e. how many Self interpretations and then how many Full interpretations).
If you are not sure how many credits to order, DO NOT HIT the # key which confirms your requests.
If you do not want to order a particular type, just enter 0 (zero) for no interpretations.
When you have entered your amount and confirmed the order, the system will give an ACTIVATION KEY number. WRITE THE ACTIVATION KEY NUMBER DOWN.
If you lose your Activation Key, please call technical support for assistance. Do not order again, as the ordering system will consider your second call a new order and you will be billed for THAT order as well.
Once you have an Activation Key (including the dashes), take that number to your computer. Under the 'Setup' menu, select 'Request Credits'. Enter your activation key exactly how it was read off to you. After you have entered the activation key, it will return you to the main screen (where you started).
To verify credits, go to the 'Setup' menu and select 'Check Scorebox'. It should list the amount and type and serial number.
